| there is many styles of swimming like, backstroke, freestlye. butterfly, breaststoke. there is also a race that includes all of thses strokes called the IM, Open turns are required in the switch from one stroke to another, but flip turns can be made during back and free,also each stroke must be completed before moving on the next one. | ||
